Shipping & Processing
We work hard to get your goodies out to you ASAP!
- Processing Time: 5–7 business days
- Preorders: 2–3 weeks processing time
Once your order has shipped you’ll receive tracking info via email.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love what you ordered but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery
- Refund Type: Store credit only
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
Final Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
